Pictured above is our featured chocolate dessert of the month, The Dark Chocolate Raspberry Mousse Cake. This is a chocolate sponge cake filled with Belgain dark chocolate mousse. This dessert tastes a little different than it’s name would indicate. When you think of mousse, we are thinking of a light (almost whip cream like) texture… Well, this is an Italian mouuse, which is made a little firmer.. I describe it more a chocolate raspberry tort cake, rather than a mousse cake. Either way. It is to die for. Customers have already described it as “really good with a lot going on in there”

The Rapberry Cheesecake! This is my Favorite of the Three New Desserts! Need I Say more? A real vanilla NY Cheescake flavored with fresh raspberries on a base of crumbs of graham crackers. To Die For….

The Ricotta Berry Tart is a creamy ricotta filling with sparse berries on top and glazed with orange marmalade in a crust of sugar dough.

This new dessert is amazing and as soon as I tasted it, I had to have it my dessert case. It’s different than anything else we have and it is really delicious.
