Pictured here is our delicious Egg Sandwich on an Everything Bagel, which consists of 3 Large Grade AA, eggs. (We DO NOT use egg batter from a carton like our competitors) Then, we steam our eggs instead of using oil or grease! Look how light and fluffy our eggs are… You can’t get eggs to look like this when you are frying them in a pan or using egg batter from a carton full of chemicals…. Next, we took 3 oz of lean ham, added tomatos and Cheddar Cheese. This makes a healthy & delicious Egg sandwich for breakfast that is packed full of lean protien.

Old California Coffee House & Eatery was established in 1990 and is the oldest coffeehouse in San Marcos.  We wanted to create a community environment where friends can gather, study, meet, draw, read poetry, play games, laugh and of course, eat & enjoy a great cup of coffee or tea. We Offer Free Wi-Fi to all our patrons with plenty of couches and study tables!

Pictured here to the right is one of my favorite bagels… It’s a jalapeno cheese bagel with 3 Large garde AA eggs, tomato, feta and spinach… This is so good! Stop on by and try one for yourself. You won’t be disappointed…
